We met on an online language exchange platform, with no expectations beyond learning a language and meeting new people. Our first conversations were simple—just two strangers exchanging names and sharing our interests. But fate had other plans.

When we decided to meet in person, everything changed. What started as a casual hangout turned into something special. Henry, with his mysterious charm, and Christine, with her strength and vibrant energy, quickly found themselves drawn to one another. We couldn’t ignore the connection—it was instant, undeniable, and completely unexpected.

But time wasn’t on our side. Christine had already planned to leave Canada in just three months. While she believed our story would naturally come to an end, Henry had a different idea. Two months after Christine returned to Korea, Henry hopped on a plane and followed her halfway across the world.
